Our Team

As owner and President, Tom continues to maintain a direct relationship with his clients as his passion is landscape design. Tom’s expertise has progressed into the design of some very elaborate and intricate backyard pools with waterfalls, patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and pool houses. Having achieved his B.S. degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley University, Tom’s love for and plant expertise is demonstrative in his landscape planting designs in choosing the right plant for the right place. It is also evident as Tom had developed a six acre nursery that is used to provide large and unusual plants to your design.

Tom is married, lives locally in Bethlehem and has two children currently attending college. When not working, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and relaxing at the beach.

Mike has over 35 years of experience in the green industry having owned and operated a successful landscape design/build firm for over 3 decades. Mike joined Creative in 2019 to help Tom scale his organization. Mike has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Penn State University. His responsibilities at the company include operations, finance, marketing, and HR. He has a reputation for delivering value, building brand equity, and empowering teams. Known for his strategic and focused approach – gaining extensive accolades for identifying opportunities, developing relationships for sustained growth, and executing creative strategies that optimize internal operations, financial returns, and external customer service.

With your very first phone call to our office, you will be pleasantly greeted by Joanne who has been managing our office functions for over 20 years. From this call, her impressive knowledge will help guide and direct you within our company to best fulfill your needs and will help make your experience as smooth as possible.

Seemingly following in Tom’s footsteps, Scott has been designing with Creative Landscapes over the past few years and this past year is now a senior member of our design/build staff utilizing his design talents full-time. Prior to turning his attention to design/sales full-time, Scott has been implementing designed projects in the field since graduating from college.

Scott has a B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture/Landscape Design from Delaware Valley University. As Scott continues to elevate his career at Creative, he has shown a tremendous attention to detail and unique design skills with very personable service to his clientele. Scott enjoys spending time with his son in his off hours, the outdoors and restoring his farmhouse.

Carter is an experienced project manager with 10 years of service and experience with Creative Landscapes. Carter also has a B.S. degree from Delaware Valley College in Ornamental Horticulture/Environmental Landscape Design. Carter has been working under the mentorship of Boris and has developed to be a solid project manager for all types of work. Carter’s attention to detail and quality workmanship is very evident and his personal attention to the customer is very commendable and a welcomed trait to have representing Creative Landscapes.

Boris has been with Creative Landscapes almost since its inception in 1986 and brings over 30 years of green industry experience to the implementation of your project design. His complete understanding, knowledge and experiences as a experienced landscaper serves your project well as his dedication to customer service, quality and getting the job done correctly is second to none. As the senior operations manager and a dedicated strong leader of the company and by putting your project in his hands, it will surely guarantee your satisfaction! Boris has a tremendous sense of pride regarding his craftsmanship set forth in your project and this will be evident with every detail upon its completion.

Kevin joined Creative Landscapes from the very beginning and his vast hardscaping construction knowledge has produced some very unique and complicated project design installations. Kevin’s innate knowledge and experience have enabled Creative Landscapes to implement many patios, walls, fireplaces, walkways and outdoor kitchens successfully. Kevin brings to your project a high dedication of quality and craftsmanship to ensure your satisfaction for many years to come.

Zach has deep roots in the green industry. He has been working outdoors and in the landscaping business for 15+ years. He has extensive knowledge of plant material including trees, shrubs and perennials. Lighting and electrical are included in his area of expertise. Zach oversees our landscape installation teams and is responsible for training and orientation for new team members. He is fully adept with all aspects of heavy equipment and small machinery. When not at work Zach is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys nature.

When Brian retired in 2018, he decided to join his brother Tom at Creative Landscapes. Having grown up in a family that has been in the green industry for over five decades, Brian brings passion and commitment to his role. His responsibilities include nursery and plant management and materials acquisition. He has extensive knowledge of plant care and maintenance as well as overseeing the irrigation systems for the nursery and greenhouses. Brian also includes our fleet management in his responsibilities as chief mechanic for the company. Brian, an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending free time at his property in Wayne County.
